We have lots of training, our company was built on it. Once a month we have a larger training event, but each week there are various topics taught in smaller group sizes that all agents are able to attend.
What are my annual fees?

Do you have office space?
Agents in CA have offices in throughout Southern California, San Jose, & Sacramento.
Agents in Florida & Texas have access to local shared office space they can reserve or pop into to use.
Do you offer mentorship
Yes! If you’re new to real estate, or need a little extra help, and looking for a mentor? Join our mentorship program and get partnered up with an experienced agent to learn the ropes. Contact us for details.
How do I process transactions?
All of our agents get access to our software for your transactions. This allows you to easily take a client from contract to close in just a few clicks. Easily manage your deals from document signing to the closing, to getting paid at close directly through ACH.
What kind of marketing support do you offer?
All Big Block agents have access to our design center which features social media templates, business cards, signage, local vendors, a personalized agent marketplace, 80% discount to Referral Sweet.
What if I need to speak to someone on the phone?
All Big Block agents have access to our Agent Concierge team, where you’ll reach a live person to help you with anything you need. If you have a transaction-related question, contact our Broker Hotline open 7 days per week.

What if I join a team at Big Block Realty?
We have many teams at Big Block Realty that are always looking for great agents. If you join a team, the details will be subject to whatever you agree upon. We can also introduce you to several team leaders so you can choose the best fit for you.
What happens once I pay my annual dues?
You will have $0 membership fees until your anniversary date, then your annual fees will reset.
What if I have a team?
Big Block Realty is very attractive for teams because it allows you to run your team like a brokerage, but without the overhead and liability.
